The Russian Ilyushin IL-28 10 Blue (c/n 53005710) was used from the early 1960s as an ejection seat test aircraft. Its was used in trials of the Vostok ejection seat used by the early Cosmonauts. This seat is probably an early version of the Zvezda K-36 seat - note the extending stabilising booms developing from the headrest.
The above video appears to be a compilation of a test of this seat plus the effect of windblast on a pilot just prior to ejection. The automatic protecting face-blind may be from an earlier seat designed by the Yakovlev Design Bureau.
