Leutnant Fritz Rumey

  

Leutnant Fritz Rumey of Jasta 5 was killed after bailing out of his Fokker DVII having collided with the S.E.5a flown by South African ace George Lawson. Rumey's Heinecke parachute failed to open and he plummeted to his death.
