[in short the situation is this - six J-21 Jastrebs were engaged 28th February 1994 by USAF F-16s: five of the intruders were shot down while the sixth, although hit by a near missile explosion menaged to land to Udbina with the engine flamed out. Two pilots flying IJ-21 Jastrebs managed to eject (Major Uros Suden and Captain Zlatko Mikerevic) while the other three (Captains Goran Zaric, Ranko Vukmirovic and Zvezdan Pesic) died, it is not known if they tried any ejection] |

It has long been shown in many
references that a total of 6 MiG-29 were shot down, 1
was a non combat loss and 4 were destroyed on the ground. Recent information now tends to show 4 MiG-29s were actually shot down with around 7 destroyed on the ground. Information on actual aircraft and pilot fates appreciated. |

Milutinović wasn't shot down by the Dutch F-16, that was only
a hit! He was able to make it home and later the plane was bombed by NATO.
He also didn't eject. |
