13 Nov 1996:  Serbian Air Force MiG-21 -- bird ingested into engine; flameout; pilot ejected and survived.  Listed as being at Batajnica, but phase of flight unknown to me so not clear how close to Batajnica Air Base.  This was an unofficial report via Reuters, Air Forces Monthly (Jan 1997, p. 61), and Flight Intern. (4 June 1997, p. 46).  [This accident was summarized in Appendix 2 (p. 93) of our 2000 paper for International Bird Strike Committee.]
